  ACUTE HAZARDS PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION Not combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.        In case of fire in the surroundings, use appropriate extinguishing media.   

 PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST! AVOID EXPOSURE OF ADOLESCENTS AND CHILDREN!  
  SYMPTOMS PREVENTION FIRST AID
Inhalation   Use local exhaust.  Fresh air, rest. 
Skin   Protective gloves.  Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. 
Eyes   Wear safety spectacles.  First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention. 
Ingestion   Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.  Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention . 

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL CLASSIFICATION & LABELLING
Personal protection: particulate filter respirator adapted to the airborne concentration of the substance. Do NOT wash away into sewer. Sweep spilled substance into covered containers. If appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations.

Decomposes on heating and on burning. This produces toxic and corrosive fumes including hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides. Reacts with bases. This produces dichlorobenil.
