Getting Customer Support

Customer assistance on this product is available from CCOHS' Client Services staff Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (closed on Canadian public holidays). Outside normal CCOHS working hours, you can leave messages for Client Services staff using voice-mail or e-mail. Your request will be handled the next business day. CCOHS staff is always happy to assist you.
